This "final" issue of the series features the death of Peter Parker in stories by Slott, DeMatteis, and Van Meter with art by Ramos, Camuncoli and Buscema. This is the Steve Ditko variant cover and is part of the CGC signature series because it is signed by Stan Lee. There is some scuffing of the case along the "Amazing" that can be seen faintly in the photos. It does not break the surface and cannot be felt with fingers.
